The aim of the ATLAS Overview week is to provide a comprehensive scope of the status and activities of the international ATLAS collaboration. The meeting in Freiburg 2004 follows those in Dubna (Russia) 2000, BNL (USA) 2001, Clermont-Ferrand (France) 2002 and Prague (Czech Republic) 2003.
