Normally, when you download RealOne Player, the software will begin to install automatically. However, if it does not, search for the install file on your computer. If this does not resolve the issue, see the "Troubleshooting" section below for more information.
All versions use the same file to install the player. The file is named RealOnePlayer.exe. There is no MacIntosh version at this time.
If you are not able to locate the file on your computer, clear the temporary Internet files, reset your browser security settings, and quit other open programs. Then try to download RealOne Player again.
To delete temporary Internet files and reset security settings:
Remember to quit all programs before you try to download again using your Web browser.
